You have the right to cancel your order and request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
Before the cooling-off period expires, please notify us of your intention to return the goods by emailing [email protected].
Items must be in good condition, not excessively used, with all original packaging intact, and must remain suitable for resale.
If an item is damaged or missing parts, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund at our discretion.
- If you voluntarily cancel your order and return the item: You are responsible for the return postage costs.
- If the item is faulty or was dispatched in error: We will cover the relevant postage costs for both ways.
Upon receipt and verification of the returned goods, we will issue a refund via the original payment method within 14 days. Refunds do not include the initial delivery charges (except in cases of quality issues).
If the goods have quality defects, you are entitled to the statutory warranty rights under EU law. Please contact us promptly to describe the issue and provide supporting evidence, such as photographs.
The 14-day right of withdrawal without cause does not apply to certain items (e.g. clothing that has been soiled or is unsuitable for resale), in accordance with EU regulations.
